Once you are in the checkout area, in payment methods choose manual payments. Once you choose manual payment you will see the instructions about how to pay using ATH Móvil. Pick up option is ONLY available for select areas in Puerto Rico: Bayamón (Plaza del Sol, Rio Hondo o Drive Inn), Hato Rey (Plaza las Américas) y El Señorial (Cupey). Please note that you can select this option IF you are able to pick up within the above mentioned areas. Within 1 to 3 days of placing your order, you will receive a call from BIDA Boutique to coordinate the most convenient pickup place, day and time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email including the tracking number. Please wait up to 48 hours to ensure the information is available. As your items ship, the tracking link should automatically update to reflect the progress of your full order. If you have not received the confirmation email (after the suggested time), please send us a email to shopbda.boutique@gmail.com. including your name and order number. You should receive a response within 1 to 3 business days. ----------------------------- Cuando su pedido haya sido enviado, usted recibirá una notificación por correo electrónico que incluirá un número de rastreo (tracking number). Este número de rastreo podrá usarlo para verificar el estado de su orden. Por favor, espere 48 horas para que la información de rastreo esté disponible. Si no ha recibido su pedido dentro del período estimado en la confirmación de envío, envíe un correo electrónico a shopbda.boutique@gmail.com incluyendo su nombre y número de orden que recibió al hacer el pedido. RETURNS • You may exchange items or return them for store credit, unless they are accessories, items in discount or in sale. All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned. • To be eligible for return or exchange you need an authorization from B¡da Boutique. For this authorization, please email us to shopbda.boutique@gmail.com within 7 days upon your package delivery or your pick up day. • We'll offer store credit or exchanges only if items are unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags still intact. Package must be previously authorized for return. • The shipping costs for the exchange will be invoiced to the customer. We won't issue store credit or exchanges if the items show any signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations (we'll invoice for additional shipping costs and resend your order). • If the customer has received an incorrect order or a faulty garment, we'll review the order and re-ship the correct items (standard shipping & handling charges are on us). DEVOLUCIONES: • Puede cambiar artículos o devolverlos por crédito de la tienda, a menos que sean artículos en descuento o en oferta. Todos los artículos comprados en descuesto no son elegibles para devoluciones. • Para ser elegible para devolución o cambio necesitará una autorizacion de BIDA Boutique. Para esta autorización, por favor, envíe un correo electrónico a shopbda.boutique@gmail.com dentro de 7 días luego de recibir o hacer pick up de su compra. • Ofreceremos crédito de la tienda o cambios si los artículos no se han usado, no se han lavado y que tengan las etiquetas originales intactas. *El paquete debe ser previamente autorizado para su devolución. • Tenga en cuenta que los gastos de envío serán facturados al cliente. No emitiremos crédito de la tienda ni cambios si los artículos muestran signos de desgaste, daños, olores o alteraciones (facturaremos los costos de envío adicionales y reenviaremos su pedido).

Please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipping, and 2-5 days for delivery or pick up of your purchase to Puerto Rico and the United States. There may be longer delivery times due to situations beyond our control such as COVID-19, staff in the postal system, or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your order.
