Pre-Order means that the product is currently out of stock. The estimated arrival date is between 2-3 weeks , depending on the supplier fulfillment. This date is provided to give an idea of the estimated arrival date to our shop. The specified date in No Way means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase. 
 
If you buy an item in Pre Order and an item in Stock. Both items will be ship once the item in Pre Order arrives. Since only one shipping was paid at checkout. 
 
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you. In an event where the item is not required, a store credit will be issued, not a refund.
